The Old Grey Owl is the Twitter name of Rob Barron, blogging from the perspective of someone looking back on their career as a teacher. After over thirty years in Secondary schools in Greater London and beyond, and with twenty years in Senior Leadership Teams, I retired with grey hair, bruises and tales to tell.
